Stretch Along Stories series is cleverly designed to incorporate movement, imagination, and self-expression as central parts of the storyline. The flow of the story offers children an easy way to recall a set of stretches that bring calm, balance, and strength. Incorporate STRETCH ALONG in your bedtime routine, use as an alternative to screen time, and read and stretch together in the living room, in the park, or in the classroom. Most importantly, have fun, laugh, and cherish every moment of quality time with your little ones.
